He hopes he'd bark at him and say something before he gets too close, because he doesn't want to ruin the fun before he can actually get IN him. That said...nobody said he couldn't tease him while he did this, especially since he's been given this power.
Meanwhile, his other hand reaches out to hook around Rosso's hip, squeezing at his thigh in a manner that's pretty much exactly like a cat kneading, making biscuits against the skin.]
